“I am very grateful for my experience at Four Dragons Tai Chi. After experimenting with yoga for the past year, I decided to try a free lesson with Li Fu. I was pleasantly surprised by her ability to integrate the principles and philosophy of Yin and Yang into her Tai Chi practice. After a few lessons I found myself flowing with every breath.
